Shakopee Hockey/Heggie’s Pizza Fundraiser. 

It's that time of year and we are kicking off our annual Pizza Fundraiser.  Fundraising is an integral part of trying to keep our costs at the levels we currently have.  We appreciate all of our members doing what they can to fundraise.  The details are listed below, and please reach out with any questions. 

What: ALL families paid $120 for this fundraiser at the time of registration. This means each family can order at least $120 worth of pizza. If you choose, you can sell $120 worth of pizza to friends and family, and you will be able to keep the money earned. Any amount of pizza you sell to friends and family over $120 you will be billed for. 

When: Fundraising order forms should be distributed by your team managers in marked envelopes. There is NO online ordering; all orders will be counted from the order forms you received. 

Fundraising packets need to be turned in between November 25th-27th (there will be a turn in location at the rink). Orders not in by end of day on the 27th will not be counted. This turn in date is also printed at the bottom of the order forms. Email reminders will be sent out closer to the turn in dates. 

Order Pick up is scheduled for Monday December 11th, 2023 in the lower lot of the Shakopee Community Center - Final schedule for that day will be emailed to all members closer to pick-up.

Pricing: Pizza Prices will be $13 regardless of type/flavor.

Payment: We will no longer accept check payments and all members will be billed through Sports Engine following packet turn-in. If payment is not received by pick-up date, the order will not be distributed to the family. You will only be billed for orders over $120.

Prizes/Swag: T-shirts will be given to sellers who fundraise 20 items, and sweatshirts will be given to sellers who fundraise 60 items. If you sell 60 items or more, you will receive a t-shirt and a sweatshirt.  Valley Sports will open a Pizza Fundraiser Shop on their website and families who are eligible will receive a discount code for their t-shirt and\or sweatshirt, (other association members will be allowed to purchase gear from this shop if desired).

1st place $250

2nd Place $150

3rd Place $75

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE FREEZER ROOM FOR ANY PERISHABLE ITEMS YOU SELL OR DELIVER ON THE EVENING OF PICK-UP. WE CANNOT HOLD ANY PRODUCT FOR YOU.
