TO CHECK WHAT SHIFTS YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR, FIRST SIGN-IN, THEN CLICK ON 'Dibs' IN THE TOP TOOLBAR.
Shakopee Youth Hockey Association utilizes the DIBS system to run the volunteer opportunities. To get started, please click on Dibs in toolbar . Your volunteer account was automatically created when you registered. You will also be able to see the shifts in calendar format and for specified dates, categories, number of hours and more!
If you hold a position with the association, there will be a Dibs opportunity for you to claim to receive your hours later in the season. Reminder that the minimum hours needed for the 2023-2024 season is 18 hours per family with the exception of families with their ONLY player(s) in their first year of Mite/6U/8U level(s), or Jr Gold are required to volunteer for 9 hours.

DIBS Verification & Sign In
Effective 10/8/2021 the paper sign in sheets are no longer available in the concession stand or the front desk.
To receive credit for working your shift, you must sign in on the iPad that is located at the side window of the concession stand. This iPad sits outside the roll down window and is easily accessible no matter what shift you signed up for.
If you forget to sign in for your shift, it is your responsibility to contact the DIBS coordinator to let them know. Failure to sign in or contact the coordinator will result in no credit being issued for your shift. You can contact the coordinator by emailing dibs@shakopeehockey.com
