Calling all future hockey players! The Shakopee Youth Hockey Association would like to invite all boys and girls ages 4-9 years old to the Shakopee Ice Arena this summer for a Try Hockey For Free clinic to experience ice hockey for the first time. **If you are over the age of 9, we still would LOVE for you to come out! Please contact Danni Anker by phone or email with details and how to register! **

Kids do not need to know how to skate to participate in the FREE Intro to hockey sessions, but it is helpful.

Players may have little or no hockey experience.

Equipment to use for the clinic is available including helmets and sticks! To play you, you must wear the following equipment:

• Helmet (bike helmet, hockey helmet, etc).
• Skates and Hockey Stick
• Gloves (hockey gloves, winter mittens, etc)

Optional Equipment to Wear:

• Elbow pads
• Shin & elbow pads (snow pants work too)
• Chest Protector
