6:45pm - Announcements/short presentation from Board/Volunteer & Contributor of the year

7:00pm - Board Applicants (Video Submission Review)

7:30pm - Virtual Voting link emailed to association via Election Buddy

8pm - Virtual vote ends. New Board Members announced to SYHA

The SYHA Board has reviewed (in depth) the current SYHA Bylaws and acknowledged that they need to be updated, clarified, and an area that should added to help our Members/Coaches/players address concerns/issues that arise. 

This 2025 Spring Social, the Association Membership will be voting the below Bylaw Amendments and one additional Bylaw to be added.

Please review the below documents so you are well versed on what you will be voting for on March 21st, 2025.

• Amended language for "Player Movement in Article V, Section 2, Player Discipline"
• Addition of "Article VIII Conflict Resolution"
• Amended language for "Article V, Section 4, Player Movement"
• Amended language for "Player movement, Article V, Section 3 Grievances/Appeals Player Discipline"

We are also introducing the new Board Member Code of Conduct. This document will be implemented into SYHA policy effective March 2025. This item does not need Membership approval; however, we are sharing to be transparent with and to show our commitment to this Association and those we serve.
