The Shakopee Ice Arena's mission is to work with youth, their families and the community to provide a fun and safe environment while exploring all that skating has to offer.
Built in 2016, the Shakopee Ice Arena 2 rink facility is open 11 months out of the year for practices, games, recreational skating, lessons, camps, and tournaments by local and surrounding community organizations. The city-operated arena is home to the Shakopee High School boys and girls hockey teams and the Shakopee Youth Hockey Association.
