Pizza Fundraiser

Dear Shakopee Youth Hockey Families,

We’re excited to announce the start of our annual SYHA Pizza Fundraiser, featuring 7th Avenue Pizzas — and new this year, Cinnamon Rolls and Apple Pies from The Buttered Tin! This is a great opportunity to stock up on delicious food for the holidays while supporting Shakopee Youth Hockey.

 Fundraiser Details

Products Available:

• 7th Avenue Pizzas – $13 each (all flavors available)
• The Buttered Tin Cinnamon Rolls – $18 per package
• The Buttered Tin Apple Pies – $18 each

 Important Dates

• Fundraiser Opens: Friday, November 14th
• Fundraiser Closes: Friday, November 28th at midnight
• Product Pick-Up: Monday, December 8th

Ordering Process

This year, we’re simplifying the process with Zeffy, a secure online ordering system.

A link will be provided below to place and track orders digitally — no more paper forms! This link can be distributed to your friends and family. Keep in mind we have no shipping option so plan ahead to determine who will receive the link and how you will get them their order. As in years past, SYHA does not have capacity to store orders and you must pick up on the designated date. Payment will be accepted online and checks will no longer be accepted. Because we are a 501(c)(3) - Zeffy does not charge fees for this service. 

Fundraising Fee & Refunds

Each Mite and Boys travel family was previously charged a $130 fundraising fee. Once your total sales reach or exceed $130, that fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed through Crossbar after the fundraiser closes and participation is confirmed through Zeffy.

Prizes & Swag

We want to reward our top sellers and celebrate everyone’s efforts!

Seller Rewards:

• 20 items sold: Earn a Pizza Fundraiser T-Shirt
• 60 items sold: Earn a Pizza Fundraiser Sweatshirt
• 60+ items sold: Earn both a T-shirt and a Sweatshirt

Valley Sports will open a special Pizza Fundraiser Shop on their website. Families who qualify for rewards will receive a discount code to redeem their items.

Other association members will also have the option to purchase fundraiser gear directly from the shop if they wish.
