Volunteer Information

TO CHECK WHAT SHIFTS YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR, CLICK ON THE ACCOUNT BUTTON IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER, SIGN-IN TO CROSSBAR, THEN CLICK ON VOLUNTEER IN THE LEFT NAVIGATION PANE.

Shakopee Youth Hockey Association utilizes the volunteer system in Crossbar to run the volunteer opportunities. To get started, please click on Volunteer in toolbar within your account. Your volunteer account was automatically created when you registered. You will also be able to see the shifts in calendar format and for specified dates, categories, number of hours and more!

If you hold a position with the association, there will be a Volunteer opportunity for you to claim to receive your hours later in the season.  Reminder that the minimum hours needed for the 2025-2026 season is 18 hours per family with the exception of families with their ONLY player(s) in their first year of Mite/6U/8U level(s), or Jr Gold. Those families are required to volunteer for 9 hours.
